Membership · From $15/month

Membership is the first check.

SASTIC doesn't have donors watching from the outside. It has members - engineers, biologists, financiers, professors - who pool dues, review every application, and vote on what gets funded. Join, and Armenia's next lab, satellite or startup gets funded partly because of you.

Donors give money. Members give a verdict. $50/month across 105 members is how a grant happens. Members' dues funded Hayasat-1's launch support, 33 scholarships for displaced Artsakh residents, and first checks into TACTUN, ArmBionics and QaylTech.

What members get

A vote. Active members vote on funding decisions and board elections.
A seat. Join the Projects Review Committee and evaluate real applications in your field.
A network. A member directory and working sessions across 15 countries.
A mission with receipts. Every project you help fund is published and tracked.
Founders' access. Mentor a portfolio team or scout the next one.

The tiers - named for how Davit of Sassoun armed himself

In the epic, Sasuntsi Davit assembles his strength piece by piece - helmet, saddle, sword, horse, cross. Membership works the same way. Every tier carries the same rights; higher tiers simply fund more.

Helmet
$15/mo
The first piece of armor. Full membership, full vote.
Steel Flail
$30/mo
The steel flail. Steady, dependable backing.
Gem Saddle Most members start here
$50/mo
The workhorse tier - where most members begin.
Sword Ketsakin
$100/mo
The lightning sword. Funds roughly a bootcamp seat a year.
Qurkik Jalalin
$200/mo
The hero's horse. Carries a project through review to term sheet.
Khach Patrazin Leadership tier
$400/mo
The battle cross. A first check, yearly, in your name.
Returns are reinvested, not paid out. If a startup SASTIC funds succeeds, the returns flow back to SASTIC to fund the next project - not to individual members. You're building an engine, not buying a stake.

Common questions

How much time does membership take?

As much or as little as you choose. There is no minimum commitment - many members simply pay dues and vote; committee work is optional.

Can I cancel or change tiers?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed from your account page - upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.

Monthly or annual?

The rights are identical and annual currently equals twelve monthly payments - choose annual if you'd rather make one decision a year.

I'm not an engineer or scientist - can I contribute?

Members span 15 professions - law, finance, medicine, communications and more. Reviewing a business plan matters as much as reviewing a circuit board.
